Moving Helpers is a labour-only service for anyone in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and the surrounding area who needs extra hands for:
- Loading or unloading a U-Haul, PODS container, trailer or storage unit
- Moving furniture between rooms or into the garage for a renovation
- Packing, disassembly and reassembly
- Help at one end of a do-it-yourself long-distance move

Do moving helpers bring a truck or supplies?
No. This is a labour-only service. If you'd like a truck too, ask about our residential moving packages.
How many hours will I need?
Most jobs take 2–8 hours. Stairs, heavy items and furniture assembly add time. Call us and we'll estimate based on your home.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. The minimum is three hours of work plus travel time.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due before unloading, unless we have a credit card on file for your move. We accept cash, credit cards, debit and Interac e-Transfer. Your crew lead finalizes the bill with you on-site.
