How is my price determined?
Local moves are charged at a fixed hourly rate that we confirm in writing when you book. You pay only for the time actually worked, from loading through transport to unloading, and there are no fuel, mileage or surprise fees on top. Long-distance moves are quoted as a fixed price.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due before unloading, unless we have a credit card on file for your move. We accept cash, credit cards, debit and Interac e-Transfer. Your crew lead finalizes the bill with you on-site.
Can you handle heavy items on stairs?
Yes, it's one of our specialties. Safes, pianos, hot tubs, pool tables and oversized furniture are all handled by experienced crews with the right straps, dollies, boards and enough people for the job. Tell us about heavy items when you book so we plan the crew size properly.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, and earlier for summer and month-end dates, which fill up fast. We can often help with last-minute moves too, so call us even if your date is close.
